Zeer licht en loftachtig vierkamerappartement van 104 m2 met lift, een dakterras van 25 m2 en spectaculair uitzicht op het Centraal Station in het hart van Amsterdam, op loopafstand van de Jordaan.
Het appartement bevindt zich op de vierde etage, welke te bereiken is via de lift (en de laatste verdieping met trap) of het gemeenschappelijke trappenhuis. Er zijn geen bovenburen en zelfs geen directe naastgelegen buren. De enige buren die de woning heeft zijn de onderburen: een kantoor waarvan de werknemers weinig aanwezig zijn. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which can be reached by an elevator (and the last floor by stairs) or the common staircase. There are no upstairs neighbors and not even direct neighbors. The house only has downstairs neighbors (an office). You can enjoy all the peace and quiet even though the apartment is located in the middle of the bustling city.
