Ground house

The private entrance to the house on the street side leads to the spacious hallway.
Through the wide glass doors, you reach the beautiful open kitchen (2021). The kitchen is finished to the highest standards with quartzite worktops, and American walnut wood for the cabinets and fronts. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances from Miele, Bora, and Quooker. The dining area is at the same height as the kitchen and is closely connected to the rest of the space, since it is centrally situated. The concrete cast floor gives the home a clean and serene look.
The very bright and recessed extension has an original FSC wooden floor and a special, electrically operated opening roof (approximately 5 x 5 meters). In combination with the fully opening harmonica doors that give access to the south facing garden of approximately 11 m2 with bamboo fence, an oasis of calm and the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling has been created.
Next to the seating area is a beautiful home bar, perfect for extended dinners with friends and family. In the souterrain, two bedrooms are located (one at the front and one at the rear). There is plenty of natural light coming into both rooms through walkable glass. The spacious bedroom at the front has tilt windows (electrically operated), fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and connections for washer & dryer. The photos show the original sink with cabinet, which can also be put back in place. There is additional storage space under the staircase in the rear bedroom.
