The basement has its own entrance at street level and features a spacious kitchen with a large cooking island and high-end built-in appliances. The dining room, with original Delft tiles, provides direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden. The large cellar is currently used as a wine cellar—ideal for enthusiasts.
The bel-etage is accessed via an authentic exterior staircase with a landing and a classic entrance. The impressive interior includes 19th-century en-suite rooms, elegant fireplaces, and richly decorated ceilings adorned with floral ornaments and soft pastel tones that highlight the property’s historical grandeur. The front room, with large windows and decorative moldings, offers a beautiful view of the canal, while the rear room is characterized by an almost floor-to-ceiling wooden frame overlooking the green garden.
The first floor features a spacious front-facing room, currently used as an office, with large windows spanning the entire width and offering a stunning view of the canal. At the rear, the primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with double walk-in showers and double sinks.
On the second floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.
The top floor is characterized by impressive wooden beams and beautifully restored trusses and purlins that emphasize the original character. This floor features three interconnected roof sections. The left side is currently used for storage, the middle space is fitted with a beautiful freestanding bathtub, and the front section can be flexibly arranged as a guest room, workspace, or studio.
